Object

The object of granting sponsorships is to promote legal education and to advance the learning of law.

Eligibility for Sponsorship

All applicants must:

• be residents of Hong Kong;
• demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Academy that the programme or activity that forms the subject of the application contributes to the promotion of legal education and the advancement of the learning of law. 

Application

1. Application form is available on the website of the Academy.
2. Completed application forms together with supporting documents must be submitted before the commencement of the programme or activity to which the application relates. No retrospective applications will be accepted. 
3. The Academy may, at its absolute discretion, interview suitable applicants at such time and in such place in Hong Kong as it shall think fit. For the avoidance of doubt, the Academy may at its absolute discretion and without giving any reason refuse to interview any applicant.
4. The Academy may make an offer of an award of such amount, at such time and may impose such condition as it may in its absolute discretion think fit without giving any reason.
