The seminar provided an overview of the roles of the Property Management Services Authority ("PMSA") and the arrangement of levy collection under the PMSO and an update on the BMO.

The speakers were Mr. Tony Tse, Chairman of the PMSA, Miss Vega Wong, Assistant Director of Home Affairs of the Home Affairs Department and Mr. Kevin Cheung, General Manager (Regulatory) of the PMSA. Other speakers participating in the Questions and Answers Session were Mr. W. K. Hong, Chief Assessor (Stamp Office) and Mr. Eddy Wong, Superintendent of Stamp Office (Assignment) of the Inland Revenue Department.
