Bursary is offered to Hong Kong students who wish to pursue legal education in Hong Kong and who are in financial need.

Eligibility for Bursary

All applicants must:

• be residents of Hong Kong;
• be accepted for enrolment or be enrolled in a law course in Hong Kong;
• prove financial need.

Application

1. Application form is available on the website of the Academy.
2. Completed application forms together with supporting documents must be submitted before the period for acceptance of applications closes.
3. The Academy may, at its absolute discretion, interview suitable applicants at such time and in such place in Hong Kong as it shall think fit. For the avoidance of doubt, the Academy may at its absolute discretion and without giving any reason refuse to interview any applicant.
4. The Academy may make an offer of a bursary award of such amount, at such time and may impose such condition or conditions as it may in its absolute discretion think fit without giving any reason.
